Project: Chef Greg

I am working with Chef Greg, who hails from the great state of PA, as do I, and he is writing his first cookbook.
Chef Greg and I have been friends for several years. I have eaten at his restaurant many, many times and the food is just amazing. I finally convinced him to write it all down in a cookbook! Now I just have to convince him that, ultimately when his book sells it’s first 1 million copies, he will be thrust into the spotlight, so now is as good a time as any to publish a few videos on this page so he can begin to draw rave review and fans. It’s called marketing!
Since I am still working on that, I am pleased to announce that I did manage to get him to record an MP3 of a wonderful recipe for wine vinegarette. You can listen to it now, and try it out. Then please be sure to come back and comment for us on how you liked it! Maybe with our feedback, Chef Greg will come of out hiding and record a video from his kitchen next!
